Medslant Return Policy
Pillows and pillow cases are personal health products. Your MedSlant pillow is in a travel bag with a locked zipper to assure you that you are receiving a new, unopened product. Once the zipper lock has been cut and opened, the pillow is considered used and cannot be returned. Pillow cases come in a bag and if opened, are not returnable.
Regulations vary by state but in most states it is illegal to sell a used pillow.
The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) lists eight (8) common skin infections that are highly contagious and easily transmittable by contact with an infected surface. For your protection, we do not sell used or opened pillows.
If you wish to return your unopened pillow with the travel bag zipper locked or pillow cases in unopened bags, please contact us by email to customerservice@medslant.com, or by phone to 1.800.346.1850 for a return authorization (RMA) number.
Upon receipt of your unopened pillow we are happy to credit the cost of the pillow to your method of payment. Pillows received without an RMA # will be refused and we need to receive your request within 30 days of your receipt of your pillow. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
